Join us in exploring Multi Rhythmic Design with Marcia Connors. This is "A Creative Design with emphasis on two or more rhythms in the design." In Designing by Types NGC they say Rhythm refers to "" the movement in a design is expressed. Multi-Rhythmic Design is primarily concerned with the Design Element There are two basic rhythmic lines/movements. They are : 1) continuous linear rhythm 2) interrupted linear rhythm ( Interrupted means that the line is not physically continuous, but the eye and mind connect the components into a continuous rhythm). howLINE.
The design must have 2 or more lines. So with regards to vessels it can be 1 or more. Floral & Foliage elements should be chosen to stregthen your lines so avoid unnecessary filler or transitional materials.
